Please be patient with our artists for booking appointments, as most often we are very busy and usually are booked several weeks in advance for custom pieces. We do accept walk-ins when the availability presents itself. we do our best to fit everyone in, in a timely fashion, but keep in mind that our time is valuable. Appointments are on a first come first serve basis based upon your schedule and ours. Custom pieces do take time to design and prepare so don't get dissapointed if you can't get your tattoo done the same day you decide to randomly pop in the shop. We recommend giving the shop a call before stoping in for a "walk-in" tattoo, just to see what our artist availability for that day is. For custom tattoos, we require a $20 deposit to hold the appointment for you. that $20 goes towards the cost of the tattoo. Deposits are non-refundablle. You need to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment, or you forfeit your deposit, and will need to issue another one to hold your next apt.
We average about $100 per hour on larger pieces and have a $60 minimum.
Per Health Dept. regulations, we cannot allow children in the shop while you are getting tattooed, so make arrangements for them before you come, or you may loose your appointment.
Everyone heals at a different rate, and we understand that sometimes certain areas of the body are more difficult to heal than others. As long as you take care of your tattoo to the best of our instructions, we will offer free touch-ups when necessary if the tattoo healed imperfect due to natural causes. If we can tell that you did not take proper care of your tattoo and that is the cause, then we can not be held responsible for it. If you got a tattoo from another shop, or an artist no longer at our shop, we will have to charge you for the cost of the tattoo. Each artist individually is responsible for touching up their own work, so if you don't want to have to pay for it, then it may be in your best interest to contact that artist and have him/her take care of it for you.
